About the role Learning Support Officer - 2 positions are available for Fixed Term Part Time role during school term 2 and 3.   One position to have a Mathematics/Science focus, the other position to have an English/Humanities focus. The Learning Support Officers are key members of the Learning Diversity Department and is expected to support a collaborative culture in a range of learning environment including students with disability and special needs.Key responsibilities The LSO supports the spiritual, academic, physical, cultural, emotional and social needs of students and as such, carries responsibilities across all five dimensions as identified by the Strategic Improvement Plan and animated via the College’s 12 Guiding Principles. The LSO is expected to support the goals of the College Mission – Education, Spirituality, Community and Social Justice, support the goals of the College as an inclusive faith learning community and to commit to their ongoing professional development and learning.
